Re the titles, take out from where you have them and put them on a slide at the end with a fade to black or white against a backdrop of the sky if you have appropriate raw footage.
At 2.09 instead of dissolves I'd suggest fade to black to the basket then fade to black back into the action.
At 2.13 remove the credit and instead of dissolve fafe to black to the spinning figure and fade to black into real time, this will add pace.
At 2.15 fade to black before the next sequence.

The mise-en-scene and costume and concept are terrific. Also the rewind at the end is impressive.
Re titles on slide at end or better still roll them in small font along the bottom of the screen in the final shots. Titles: Staring add the names of the two actors, a production company, how about A Grimm Production or something pertaining to your inspirations, then editor: Chloe Wakefield.
