Splendidly organised and indicating independent research which you use appropriately.
1) Use of Media terminology: One area to revise, when you link aspects of mise-en-scene you say something like "things that are American". Could you instead say something like "cultural references that signify the American roots of the band are also included in "Africa Shox" for example." Avoid "things"!
2) To bring this up to a confident Level 4 I suggest you compare and or contrast it with a similar contemporary band's music video who are alternative American rap metal, for example the Chilli Peppers.
3) The similarity to Africa Shox is not only the location, but more importantly the anti establishment ideology. The white business man in this music video is a metaphor for the stock exchange/establishment, whilst the stumbling African is a metaphor for not only the position of African Americans in contemporary USA but also the dispossessed.
4) Re Kress' point that genre derives its form from a frequently repeated social occasion. Indeed the live performance is a very lively social occasion, but also another aspects of genre is that audiences of a specific genre expect certain conventions. Fans of alternative rock/metal will expect specific sounds such as........ specific gender of band........ etc. You may want to consider how this music video develops the alternative rock/metal conventions whilst also maintaining the distorted guitar sounds and subversive lyrics.
Well done for making splendid inter textual references to Woody Guthrie and Seeger who were anti establishment and communicated a desire for a better world for the downtrodden, and a world without war.
Reflecting engagement, and strongly proficient, between level 3 and 4.
