I'm pleased you have posted your ideas for costumes. To achieve a strong Level 3 or 4 you need to be more specific and endeavour to link your costume choices to genre, similar music videos and or high street (popular culture).
Think about what is appealing about your choices of aspects of mise-en-scene.
