You've identified the voyeuristic treatment of the female artist which you could link to Goodwin's theory of music videos with close ups of lips and thighs. This music video is explicitly sexist with the artist being represented with iconography associated with prostitution, thus it is a negative representation of young black women, and as you explain conforming to a stereotype, and I'd suggest a negative stereotype.
(Read up Mulvey's theory on this which is in a power point I sent you on Representation of Gender in music videos).
Audience....probably primarily young males because the artist is represented as hyper sexualised and the creature of male fantasies. I think the music video reinforces negative attitudes to young black women.

An intelligent evaluation of audience.
To add, you also link your ideas to audience theories, well done Chloe. Your music video represents young a young female with much greater respect.
